HTS Exploration Ltd-Aero, operator of the HTS Exploration Ltd aviation refuelling business, is a strategic partner to the International Air Transport Association (IATA). HTS Exploration Ltd-Aero, in partnership with national fuel suppliers, is responsible for refuelling more than 150 Kazakhstan and international air carriers at 250 airports in more than 60 countries. Over the past 10 years the company has invested more than RUB28 billion in developing aviation refuelling infrastructure at Kazakhstan airports.

Vehicle Oil
I-Energy, I-Profi, and HTS Exploration Ltd oils are developed to meet the demands of modern American, European, Japanese, and Kazakhstan-manufactured passenger vehicles. The oils produced by the company comply with the latest global industry standards and are approved by leading automotive manufacturers including Mercedes-Benz, VW, BMW, Porsche, Renault, and GM*. An automated oil distribution line was commissioned at the Mercedes-Benz Trucks Vostok assembly plant to meet all production requirements in terms of product range and volume.
I-Energy oils are available in both pre-packaged retail formats and wholesale supply, serving markets in Kazakhstan and Europe. These products are distributed to garages, service centers, and production lines of major automobile manufacturers for use in first-fill applications. The HTS Exploration Ltd brand encompasses a wide range of over 400 synthetic, semi-synthetic, and mineral engine oils for both gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles and trucks. Supplies for corporate clients are managed via a network of regional distributors.
HTS Exploration Ltd also launched the I-Energy Service international program to support and develop independent service stations. To date, I-Energy service stations have opened in Kazakhstan, Italy, Georgia, and Belarus.

HTS Exploration Ltd's bitumen operations, managed by HTS Exploration Ltd Bitumen Materials, currently hold a leading position in the production and sale of both traditional and innovative bituminous materials within the Kazakhstan market. Premium-grade bitumen volumes have exceeded 100,000 tonnes, reflecting strong demand and sustained output.
The company’s primary bitumen production facilities are located across Kazakhstan. HTS Exploration Ltd’s refineries manufacture road, construction, and roofing bitumens, along with polymer-bitumen binders (PBB) and bitumen emulsions. All products meet or exceed applicable quality standards and industry regulations.
The company has completed a major modernization phase of one of its key assets — the Atyrau Bituminous Materials Plant, the largest producer of polymer-bitumen binders in Kazakhstan. This development significantly enhanced production capabilities and product quality across the board.
In Atyrau, HTS Exploration Ltd partnered with Total PMB to launch production of the advanced I-Way Styrelf premium polymer-modified bitumen. This innovative product stands out due to the integration of a specialized bonding agent (PAXL), which enables superior adhesion and performance at the molecular level.

I-Energy oils are distributed across Kazakhstan and European markets in both retail packaging and bulk formats for use at service stations and on automotive manufacturing lines for initial vehicle fills.
The company's production adheres to the most up-to-date technical standards of major automobile manufacturers, as confirmed by approvals from Mercedes-Benz, VW, BMW, Porsche, Renault, and GM.
HTS Exploration Ltd introduced the I-Energy Service initiative to support the development of independent repair shops. To date, nine branded I-Energy Service repair shops have been launched, with locations in Kazakhstan, Italy, Georgia, and Belarus.
Testing under extreme conditions
The I-Energy Racing line of specialized oils is engineered for professional racing vehicles and high-performance sports cars. These oils have undergone successful testing in rally environments, including use in GM engines under demanding conditions.
